Trivia[]

  • This is the first double-length episode of Season 4.
  • Around the time this episode was set to premiere, Subway promoted it by making toys based on the episode.
  • Technically, Edward is the only member of The Lucky 6 to appear in this episode, although all the other members have western counterparts that appear in their places.
    • Despite not appearing, Eric is mentioned at the end when Edward says, "I've got to tell Eric about this adventure!"
  • The title is based on the 1967 film, The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.
  • The names of the western counterparts for the characters (obviously except for Walker) are only revealed in the credits.
  • This episode is available to watch on the Misadventures in the West VHS and DVD, the Kids' WB Picks: Volume 5 DVD, and the Season 4 Volume 1 box set.
  • Lakeside being in the west back then is rather strange given how the show is set in New York. This is lampshaded several times throughout the episode.

The Narrator: Andrew Rannells presents...

(The camera zooms into the apartment, and we see a cheap JPEG animation of Andrew)

Andrew: Ahoy! (a picture frame of Jacob barks) It's an Edward and Eric special!

(Andrew turns the TV on, and a cruddy 3D model of Edward spins in it)
